Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to receive a replacement or refund for a major product fault, and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. We will process these claims on a case by case basis and goods are expected not to be further consumed.
